The long scoring drought right after the 5-0 start

was unfortunate. Had the Hawks come out and built a big lead the illini would have folded. Instead - the opposite happened no one else besides Gatens could hit water if they fell out of a boat.

I liked the Hawks defense tonight. Too many turnovers and poor shooting is a bad combination.

The good thing is maybe Weber keeps his job and the Illini continue their downward spiral.

Maybe we can get revenge in the BTT!

Yes, indeed, we played well, all things considered, too many turnovers really hurt, had too many shots blocked or altered, which could have gone in.....
