We are going to beat Indiana. They are a mess

They also have two guys on their team as small or smaller than John Lickliter. They didnt get a defensive rebound until under 8 minutes to go in the 1st half against MSU last night. They were plus 20 on free throws, MSU didnt try very hard and they still lost by 14. Head to Carver for ice cream cones and a win on 2/28

I agree that IU looks like easy pickins for the Hawks in CHA. I had to laugh when Musburger went off on that rant about how small they are and how Crean has got to hit the jucos and get immediate help...cannot have pleased the Hoosier faithful to hear their team with all their prize recruits get ridiculed in such fashion on national tv.

To be fair, Creek is their best player and would have made quite a bit of a difference, but inside..not so much. However, I actually think they are decently sized down low with Watford (6'9'') Pritchard (6'8) Campobianco(6'8)Elston(6'8)...but when Danny Moore (5'8) got matched up vs Summers(6'4') it did look bad,and reminded me of lil lick out there. I just think that Nix(270lbs) and Green(2550lbs) make most big ten teams look small. And again, IU's big guys are three frosh and a soph...they will get bigger,I presume.

But as for next weeks game in Carver vs IU....HawKs sweep the Hoosiers..no doubt.

I don't think we are in a position to say "we are going to beat..." I don't care how bad Indiana has played, our program is not in any better shape

Except for the fact that we are going to beat them. I didnt say anything about our program being better but right now Iowa is playing much better than Indiana. Book it

I would bet on a win over IU. No guarantees of course, but this is one of the few games I fully expect to win.

This is not the NBA. There really aren't many skilled true centers out there. Six-nine is very adequate size for a college center.

It isnt just about height. The MSU players are big and tall. The Indiana players may be tall but they are not big
