They feel Iowa still has a chance to make the big dance. From article:

Iowa: The Hawkeyes could get to 9-9 and if so, sneak into the tournament. Two of their three road games are at Penn State and Nebraska and the other is at Illinois. The home games are IU, Wisconsin and Northwestern. But four wins out of that group is not inconceivable. And a 3-3 split would make the Hawks 8-10 and then they would need to do some damage in the Big Ten Tournament.

False hope. Have you seen our D? I like the direction our team is headed but making the dance this year will not happen. Hopefully I will have to eat crow but I just don't see it happening

Great...things were less stressful when hope was gone. Now this guy is providing a glimmer, but I really don't see it happening.

I'm hoping for 3 more wins (Penn St, Nebraska and NwU), I'm expecting 1 (either Penn St or NwU, with a heavy lean toward NwU, at home -- After the last extended break, going into a roadie, even though it's PSU, doesn't fire up the optimism.)

Penn State was 19-14 last year (9-9) and made the dance.

They did make the championship game in doing that though so I am sure they wouldn't have if they didn't make it that far.

The only reason Penn State made it to the tournament last year was because they made it to the championship game of the BTT.

hate to be debby downer but no no , lets just enjoy what we have this year and praise the players and the coaches for hard work
