I agree, Herby, but goshblast it, how much more entertaining is Fran-ball versus Lick-ball.

In Lick-ball, dunks and alley-oops were considered unsavory and almost unsportsmanlike. Crap, I almost feel like I'm watching the Harlem Hawkeyes after watching the grass grow during Lickliter era.

Which brings me to this. Was Lickliter that arrogant that he just thought he could plug any caliber of player in and win because he was doing it the "Butler Way"? Or, was he lazy and really crappy at recruiting? Whatever it was, that guy was really bad. Really bad.
