The 3rd and 9 Call

QB draw deep in our territory. It's the second time this year. Can anyone try and explain what Brian could be thinking? In my 42 years I have never seen play calling so foolish. Even if you draw to our best RB it's a horrible call. To me this call is Brian giving up. He's got nothing working so what the hell we haven't tried this play. I don't even recall a single screen pass against that blitz either. He calls a run on 2nd down every time there's an incompletion on first (defenses clearly know this). He often calls the exact same play after it works. It's like he's playing a video game.

Plenty, some worked but many did not

At least two in a row two different times.
Doing it with the wind down 15 were the “trick plays”
