Man, just when I was getting into that Senior Tour Tennis match, they switch back to college football coverage.

Willies just made a crucial block on a jet sweep touchdown for Tech!

Tech's defense must be one of the biggest turnaround jobs in the country. This unit has been awful forever but they are impenetrable tonight. They are just flying to the football and making hits and getting a turnover.

Willies seems to be the guy they choose to line up far out in the boundary area near the out of bounds line. He has one catch and one other target but a couple big blocks on the edge. His face paint game is strong too.

Shimonek is only 21/25 for 318 yards and 5 TDs at the half so he is doing okay so far.

Read on ESPN.com that Shimonek has as many incompletions this year (8) as TD passes. My inside sources suggest that's not too shabby.

Okay, craziest thing in this game is Tech coming out in the I-formation with Shimonek under center for a crucial third and goal late in the fourth quarter.
