i dont understand why alot of people hate tim tebow. he doesnt do anything wrong, hes a nice guy, and he gives glory to god, whats so wrong with that? iv heard many of his press confrences and all that and i havnt heard anything that suggests he pushes his religion all over everyone. and he never once said that god helped him win those games, like many of you say, and he gives credit to his teamates and coaches.
the only reason i didnt like him at florida was because he was so good and i hated florida. now i like him, mainly because im a broncos fan. what i think he has done this year is amazing, minus the past two games. put more weopons around him and acouple more years, he'll be a great QB.

You don't understand? Really, It isn't hard to figure out why. Tebow is a very nice guy and I've heard him speak as well. Problem is that he has been jammed down our throats for the past 6 to 7 years. That doesn't bode kindly to people liking him.

FYI- You can surround Tebow with all the talent in the world. He has a looooooooong, loooooooooong way to go before being a great QB in the NFL.

I agree Berg. It seems as though to be a true role model in athletics today an athlete must be covered in piercings and tattoos and carry the "thug" image. Having a shady past with drugs and/or crime also seems to glorify today's role models. Unfortunately, Tebow just doesn't possess the qualities needed to be a role model in today's society.

Tebow would easily be viewed differently if he wasn't glorified to all for the past 7 years. Guess you both must have missed his ESPN infomercials for the past 7 years.

As a Raiders fan I hate anything from other teams in AFC West.
Also the mass over coverage. He is not a great quarterback. A great leader a good football player.
And add in that the Denver defense and kicking game carried the team during the winning streak but got little to no in credit.

Most people dont hate tim tebow, they hate the constant coverage and attention. Nobody likes too much of anything and that applies here too. Get over yourself, every athlete has "haters" You even admit you hated him at one point only because he played for florida, that makes you a "Tebow Hater"

no i havnt. iv seen them. espn excessivly talks about alot of athletes, not just tebow. i see espn talk about Lebron James a ton, Kobe, dwight howard, aaron rodgers drew bress. look what tebow has done, he took a team that has been horrible lately, and has a chance to take them to the playoffs now. so how about you just get over it, and if you dont like it tough. espn will talk about whoever.

He is a fraud and the constant pimping of him by the media is beyond obnoxious and annoying.
If he was anything other than the loudmouth christian he is, you'd never hear about him.

You can say the Broncos are winning because of Tim Tebow, I say they are winning in spite of him. The defense has really stepped it up lately, and Tebow still struggles to complete 50 percent of his passes. He is not a good quarterback. Period. He has miles upon miles of work to do if he ever wants to be a good NFL quarterback.

actually its because he was so good in college is why we hear about him. hiesman, natl. champion. SEC records. him being a christian has nothing to do with it.

Now that last statement is just plain ignorant.
