Taking Recruits to Iowa B-Ball Games?

Does Iowa still do this with recruits? In the past, I know this was the typical MO for weekend visitors during hoops season. However, now that our program is in the proverbial toilet and there are about 6 people in the stands, I would not think such an activity would impress. Or maybe they spin it as, "look, we only really care about football."

Why don't we just kick them in the balls and give them a prostate exam while we're at it.

I actually asked this same question a few days and don't know the answer. They used to sit in the front row across from the Iowa bench. I haven't noticed Ferentz in his normal seat at the games either.
I guess it would be hard to show a recruit a crappy basketball game with 6000 people in the stands. Maybe they have been taking them to wrestling meets?? That would be an easy sell "Look how crazy these fans are about wrestling......"
