Tailgating in parking Ramp by Hospital.

I bought some tickets and with them came a parking pass for the parking ramp by the hospital....2F I believe. Anyone every tailgated there and know what the scene is like? I'd like to get on the roof to have a little sun...does it fill up fast?

I've tailgated in the parking ramp before. Unless you provide the atmosphere its pretty blah. They open at 7am and its first come first serve on the spots. I believe the one you are referring to has some reserved parking for the National I-Club. The roof is obviously the best option, if you can get it. Other than that, you need to do all grilling near the outside edge of the ramp, so try to get a spot on the outside edge. A 2F parking pass can park at other locations besides the ramp...check the map.
