It's interesing, in Jons picture it looks like the numbers are painted orange. Maybe it's just the angle of the sun in the photo, but that doesn't look white to me.

I bet they are orange paper or plastic stensils for the paint...

They are only expecting 60K-65K and the stadium holds 75K that's why they are tarped off.
