Sunday's Exhibit Game on Mediacom only?

I am keeping Mediacom, for now, due to the Connections Channel 22. I don't want to watch non-conf games on my computer.

However, I was at Menards a few days ago and a Direct TV rep told me they now have a deal with Mediacom to carry Connections channel 22. Can someone with Direct TV confirm this or was the rep FOS?
