Wanted to be first for score on Saturday. Iowa comes back with a performance like MSU game and makes play down the stretch and comes away with a late field goal or score in 4th and defense stops OSU for a great Iowa win over OSU!!

Great Iowa senior class goes off with a win over OSU!!

I honestly hope you guys beat the **** out of OSU. I hate them in the strongest way a person can.

I actually root for OSU when they aren't playing Iowa. JT is a class guy, does things the right way.

I hope the SRs can go out with a win but damn, they couldn't have scheduled a tougher test. OSU had one bad half, otherwise they'd be #1 right now. If Persa can cause that much damage, what is Pryor going to do???

However, if the Iowa coaches get out of the way and just let the talent be talent, Iowa has a shot. Because ability wise, Iowa is right there with OSU, coaching wise, it's men vs boys.

pryor is not a patient quarterback, at least not along the lines of Foles and Persa. Pryor has a tendency to force the ball opting for the 10-15 yards routes over the "outlets", as well as over the top on the deep routes to the middle. this favors Iowa as long as we play disciplined (which iowa is known for). If we played them close last year at their place w/o stanzi, then we will definitely play them close on saturday probably like vegas says we will, within one score. I will be watching to see what the money-line action on Iowa will be.

Unfortunately for us Tressel is probably adjusting to our Defense and working with Pryor to get him to do what persa did.

Playing the Devils Advocate, the Sunday headline could be OSU 27 and Iowa 24.

The big question is which Iowa team shows up on Saturday?

The same team that has been showing up for the past 2 weeks. An average team with average coaching.

I think we're going to see a turn around this week. I know it's hard to imagine with what they've done the past two weeks, but road games are VERY hard...even if it's Indiana and N'western. They're going to be able to get back into their routine, own locker room, last home game for a great group of seniors... Maybe it's wishful thinking, but I think we're going to see a good game on Saturday. Let's move past the last two weeks and surprise some people this week!

I'm sorry but tOSU and Wisconsin have no trouble winning on the road consistently. Why is it an ok excuse for Iowa to struggle against an Indiana or NW just because it was played on the road? We should be better than that.

Good point! If the Hawks want to contend for the BTC then Iowa should be keeping pace with the leaders. That is play hard. Play smart. Play hungary.

Time to cure that hangover you still have from last weekend. I know it hurts, but it's time to move on and pull hard for this team.

Would agree move on a with a win on Saturday and end of season vs Minnesota still a quality bowl and shot at 10 wins, and anytime you play OSU it is a big game!!!

I'm finally ready to move on. It was a tough loss and it brought us as a fanbase back to Earth. Now it is time to play Iowa football. This is setting up much like the PSU in 08. We're playing for bowl placement and a chance at ruining OSU's streak of Big 10 titles.

Really?? Lets let KF play with some of Vest's 'difficult to recruit' recruits. KF competes damn well with Vest's leftovers.
