Stanley was noticeably more comfortable as an interview last year compared to 2017. Are you noticing a difference again this year? I don't think charisma (especially on-camera charisma, which could be very different from how he acts in a huddle) is the be-all-end-all for QBs, there are lots of ways to lead. But I don't think it hurts.

Nate struggled with vocal leadership early in his career but has gradually gotten better at it. I don’t worry much about his public persona.
IMO, he needs to be a more calming influence in pressure situations (unlike Penn St. last year). I do think his uneasiness rubs off on his teammates.
He also needs to be more accurate, particularly on the deep ball.
