Suckeyes Out In Front Of The Fighting Izzos

I noticed iowa is tied for second most wins on the conference. That's pretty cool with 6 games left.

So who do we want to win? An OSU loss gives us a bigger cushion over the team behind us. But a MSU loss gets us closer to a dream finish that is highly unlikely.

Nick Ward out indefinitely with a fractured hand. The injuries just piling up for Sparty. They still have to play Michigan twice, at Indiana, and Nebraska/Rutgers at home. They can probably kiss the conference title goodbye.

Typical MSU path to a W. Behind at the half then back to even at the 10 minute mark of the 2nd half and stretch the final margin to double digits at the finish. Ward only played part of the first half and a minute or so in the 2nd half before sitting down for the duration. Ohio State just could not make anything in the second half, so reminiscent of Iowa's home game with MSU. McQuaid and Goins shoot well from 3 and that was the difference. Winston played well as usual. To beat MSU, if you are going to zone them, you better be able shoot better on your offensive end the entire game. Wards absence for a few games won't be too much of an impact.
