stupid question

I've always wondering this question...

How are the spread offensive lineman able to line up and get in their 3 point stance and stand up when they start calling for an audible??

How is this different than an offensive line man in the three point stance and flinching? What if a d-line man jumped on this movement?

They never go to a 3 point stance. If you look closely, the ones that look don't put their hand in the grass.

Once their hand is in the grass, they can't come back up unless TO has been called.
