Watch Live Streaming Sports Online - ESPN3 will have it, and the other poster wasn't being a dick, he was providing a link where you can watch ESPN through your computer.

If ESPN3 doesn't work I have found this worked for me stoogetv.org.

I had to download a plugin, and you get alot of channels. I used it alot when I was home for thanksgiving. Can't get the heels localy
