The most encouraging thing to me in this article was the status of PMac. The word seemed to be that due to his cancer he was having trouble with the rigors of playing major college basketball. Even the practice reports seemed to indicate he had a ways to go in stamina and strength.
But this article seems to say that he's been working on his body and is up to 190 lbs so he's been putting on weight. I'm sure the cancer did play some kind of part but it appears his high school body just wasn't strong enough and he had work to do. Maybe he should've taken the year like the Murray twins to do all that work. Or even CJ Fredrick and Jack Nunge did the same thing, take a redshirt year and build up your body. I hope PMac comes in ready to go physically. I'll look forward to see what he can contribute.
