STORY - Battle of the Unbeaten: Hawkeyes Take on Pitt in ACC/B1G Challenge

Well yes they are both unbeaten, but one team has been challenged by good basketball teams. The other team is undefeated simply because they haven’t played anyone good.

Having said that Iowa needs to treat this game with the same respect they would give a top ten team.

So no indication how long Pemsl will be out yet? It seems like it has lingered. Do we know if it's a knee or ankle?

It's so nice to be excited for upcoming games. Does anyone know who the defensive specialist that Fran hired to come in over the summer? I want to send him a Christmas card. With cash.

You would have liked the end of the Nebraska game last night. Copeland with a crucial block with about a minute to go. Watson holding his water, moving his feet, and forcing a traveling violation when Clemson had a chance to tie with under twenty to go. They only fly in the ointment was when Roby, playing with four fouls, didn't block out and the offensive rebound led to a three. But overall, Nebraska looked like a very poised team on both ends of the floor in a close game on the road.

I saw the second half of that game. That was a good game.

Dakich, who originally reported that Jeff Brohm was accepting the job at Louisville, is now trying to claim that he thought he was present in the arena for Michigan State/Louisville. Schulman, or whoever the play by play guy is, quickly assured him and the viewing audience that it was not Brohm.

Edit: Play by play guy is the ubiquitous Jason Bennetti.

Questionable foul calls on Louisville help Michigan State take game to overtime.

Earlier in the game Langford gets away with a slight traveling violation.

TV Teddy is in the house.
