Coach Bob Stoops confirmed a big shakeup on his staff at Oklahoma on Wednesday, with defensive tackles coach Jackie Shipp and offensive line assistant Bruce Kittle both relieved of their duties.

Stoops has now let three of his assistants go this week, marking the most turnover Stoops has had on his staff in 14 seasons in charge of the Sooners.

wait, a Defensive tackle coach and assistant OL coach? How many assistants do they stinking have. Cripes I mean Iowa has to have a coach for each position group, not just specific position, and even share duties on ST. Is there room in the budget for a few more coaches? (that's a joke, i know it is a NCAA rule on # of coaches)
