Off all the crazy crap Sterling had said he might have a sliver of a point when talking about Magic. Magic has been universally beloved in this country and yet the reason the guy got HIV was because he was trying to give big Wilt a run for his money on how many women he could screw. And he was married the whole time. (not that that seems to matter) Just looking at Magic from that one angle and I've never heard anyone with any kind of a forum do it before actually point it out is crazy. Yet coming from the guy who's still married with a 20 something yr old gf is funny too. The whole thing just shows us what kind of an Fd up world we are living in. Neither one of those two should be held in high regard yet they are both trying to claim the moral high ground.

i think also the story that has been buried but that initially had play is that Sterlings' "gf" was providing some special services for magic in the owner's box.....

Magic wasn't married the whole time. He didn't get married until 1991 after being a major player in the LA club/party scene in the '80's. Magic and his wife have both been very open about the fact that he slept around before he started taking their relationship seriously, but he claims that he has been faithful to his wife since that time.

don't know. obviously you are implying he is gay, which is a rumor out there. arsenio hall denies this is even a remote possibility. HIV is by far highest in two demographic groups - blacks and gays.
to the person who said magic wasn't married - i think he might be implying that sterling was married - but that part was confusing.
The way Sterling is so ****** at Magic leads you to believe theres more to the story. They evidently had more then just a casual relationship. Magic went from being a "friend" whatever that means to him to wanting Sterling burned at the stake and buying his team. The fact that Magic of all people should have known what type of guy Sterling is. He's known him for 20 plus years at least. And if that audio is the end all be all then that's just Magic piggy backing on him to get what he wants. Now Sterling is clearly a delusional ******. And his comebacks at Magic are knee jerk in nature. But I for one don't put Magic up on any pedestal other then he was a good player. As a person he's as flawed as the rest of us if not more so.
