Big Ben should be kicked out of the league.
Been a Steeler fan my whole life. The Rooney family will do the right thing with Ben. In reading the Post Gazette out of Pittsburgh every day, the Rooneys are none too happy with his actions. He will be punished and I am guessing that he will be given a stern warning that this is his last chance.
That being said, to this point, he actions have certainly been stupid, but he has been charged with a crime. Although, if stupidity were a crime, he would be found guilty three different times. He needs to clean up his act. As the face of a franchise, his actions are hurting the Steelers' product and the owners will not stand for that. Their desire to run a model program is being tarnished and that will not be tolerated.
I think that the suspension will be announced after the draft, but he will not be traded.

Right now, it looks like the Steelers will keep him with a zero tolerance policy from here on out. He will definitely get suspended, my guess would be anywhere from 2 to 4 games.
Initially, I wanted him back, but as more and more information comes out the more I think he should be traded. Now, allegedly there is a 3rd victim/accuser out there who did not want to come forward because of the publicity. No matter if they keep Ben or not I will always root for the Steelers, but if they do decide to keep him it will take a looong time for me not to feel a little creepy, a little dirty cheering for this guy.

Life long Steelers fan myself and I say get rid of him...I don't want that creepy feeling trj just mentioned. As for not being charged with a crime, that doesn't mean he didn't commit one...and if nothing else, he's guilty of being a total deuche bag. F him and the body guards/off duty cops that helped it all go down...they should lose their jobs as well.
Yes, Ben was lucky and definitely guilty of horrible judgement and being a d-bag. I also heard of the third woman. Just not real smart. You would think that hanging out with off duty police officers would help him stay out of trouble, but that was almost not the case. Agreed, just because he was not charged, does not mean that he didn't do something stupid, because I am guessing that he did.
He will get one more chance to show that he wants to be a part of the Steelers organization. He messes up, and I do think that the Rooneys will consider moving him. But, considering his age and the fact that he has two Super Bowl rings, they will think long and hard before getting rid of him. There was a poll in the PG last week. Many of the Steeler fans throughout the country voiced their displeasure with Ben. The natives are not happy with his antics.

This is ridiculous. 6 games? For what being a drunk who hits on girls in bars and then doesn't talk to them again and they get mad and file a lawsuit? How do we know what really happened in these cases? We don't because there is no proof through video or another account besides bens or the girls. I agree that he should just stay home and invite buddies over and not leave the house. But if he wants some female companionship, what is he suppose to do? Hire an escort and have somebody videotape it so that she doesn't claim rape too.

Dude is lucky the DA is a wuss and wouldn't press charges or else Big Ben would have been behind bars.
At first, then if either the Steelers stop winning or Big Ben's new team wins a SB or two you can bet your *** there will be plenty of people second guessing the move.
It took the steelers about 25 years to find another great QB after Bradshaw. You guys act like it's easy to replace great qb's.
