Bad thing is the group coming in will not be accused of having any speed either.

Throw in that they don't set the best screens in the world and don't know how to use them when they do set a good screen. I don't think it's the players though, I'm laying 95% of this on the coaches.

Lickliter will coach them up, plus they will all be a year older next year and that is all Lickliter needs--is to have these guys as upper classmen. Somehow, magically all these guys will develop quickness, get faster, and jump higher with another year under their belt. Not sure how that exactly works because that means the same things happen to all the rest of the players in the league, unless it just happens to Iowa players?
