What a painful collapse this year. I think a lot of us are pretty immune to these types of games by now. so I've moved on pretty easily.. Football helps a bit, but the young players we saw tonight helped more.
Biggest question I have going forward is who will be the most improved player next year?
I think it will be Jok because he's got such a dynamic skill set to build upon.. I still watch some of these other guys and I am pretty optimistic. Woody, Uthoff, and Olaseni all look like they keep improving they just need stable minutes. I think White could be a way better player if Fran could get him into the 3 permanently as well. The seniors pretty much played a disappearing act this year.. I really don't see that happening next year with these guys.
Will the new 3 ball recruit out perform JO?
I also think with the next group of guys Fran will move away from the whole playing EVERYONE shenanigans.. I think that played a pretty big factor in this team not improving at the pace last years did. It will also help Fran out coaching late in the games I would think.. He should actually have a go to lineup instead of some of the weirdest lineups ever at the end of games.
