I think we all did. I wasn't even going to watch the game today because I did want to see them **** it down there leg. Went to the shooting range for a while and then on the way home I listened to it on the radio in the 2nd quarter and they hooked me like they always do. Came home and watched em **** it down there legs.

I was sort of taken back to the Alford era when you could set your watch by how his teams would just shut down with 5-10 minutes to go and lose game after game.

Not that I think Ferentz really has anything in common with scumbag Alford, but I was just thinking about the sense of predictable dread that unfolded late in so many games.

As Iowa was going 3 and out, it was completely obvious what was about to happen.
