It's Friday afternoon and I haven't seen the dreaded news we have all been waiting on possibly dropping. Every day that goes by is just one more to keep some of our hopes up that Wirfs and AJE may come back. They only have till Tue the 14th to decide so maybe they lose track of time...

I'm joking I fully expect them to both go pro just a matter of when they announce. I'll be surprised if they return. Big time surprised and would be absolutely ecstatic. But not going to get my hopes up to be let down.

OMG yes... Just saw a preview for Suicide squad 2 with mostly chics in leading roles for it.. They aren't setting the bar very high in Hollywood nowadays

5 guys from the same home town, all mid 30's. Grew up in the shadows of the stadium. Team won a natty when they were all 3 and too young to remember. It's all anyone talks about. Team went to crap after the legendary coach got fired for cheating and has been a tire fire ever since.

Main characters are 4 just normal skinny guys with kids and one 400 pound guy who walked on to the team but got cut before the first game. Goes around telling everyone how he walked on. He is the main source of physical comedy, which will be a focal point of the movie.

Team has a miracle year out of the blue behind 2, maybe 3, juniors who are all consensus top 10 draft picks. They lose the natty by a point on a fluke play. Main characters are despondent. So they hatch a scheme to kidnap the star players for 2 weeks so they can't commit to the draft.

The critics would hate it but every red blooded American would love it.

If I knew anyone in that world I'd steal your idea and try to sell it off. But since I don't have at it. I might not pay to see it in theater but I'd see it on TNT down the road

You are correct from my point of view that most of the movies made are crap or just blah. Watched the Aeronauts last nite an it was very good drama based on real events crystallized using one real person and composite characters. Very good graphics, plot etc.
