I've been without internet and cell service since Thursday. I saw post last week saying DJK signed FA deal with then Eagles, then a post later saying no it was premature, both posting a twitter feed from DJK.

Did he sign a deal?

I agree with all of that. Still thought he'd at least get a tryout. Guess Kirk's word goes pretty far to the NFL heads.

Seriously, DJK had some workout numbers that were just downright not NFL caliber. 20 and 60 yrd shuttles are indicators on how you get separation. His numbers were brutal.

He also wasn't great at getting separation in college. He did know how to run into open space, but he wasn't great at breaking free against man coverage.

These were my thoughts his entire 4 year career at Iowa. The only time the NFL will look past an athletes BS is when they are elite talent. DJK is not that.
