So are Hawks flop of the year?

They deserve NIT. I have tried to remain positive but I'm officially p*$$ed. I say Fran benches the starters. Start Uthoff, Ogelsby, Jok, Stokes and Olaseni. Screw it... Can't be any worse than that effort by our Seniors

No intensity on Sr night. When they should be out to prove something....they come out and get down double digits right off the bat.

Weak coaching, no leadership from the players. The body language and facial expressions tonight told the whole story. Complaining about calls...sulking when things don't go the right way...lots of reaching and chasing on defense.

This is a team that has lost it. Period. Very disappointing.

They aren't a flop, just majorly majorly overhyped. But thank gawd for that hype it's going to put us on the right side of the bubble this time.

This collapse is right up there in Ferentz territory. This may actually set a new bar for KF

What's wrong with you fools- the hawks are playing in the big 10 final tomorrow, Oh you mean the men, yea they have sucked for weeks, at least there is baseball.

I mean, I guess it’s cool that we’ll see our name on selection Sunday. But losing a play-in game will be pretty uncool.

Marcus Smart is a flop.

Iowa isn't a flop, going through a bad stretch at the worst time of the year. Funny how nobody talks about Wisconsin's 5 game losing streak and how they can be a No. 1 seed, it is history, Iowa just losing at the end of the year.

If Iowa was as good as Wisconsin I wouldn't be as worried.

Don't be worried. Iowa has no terrible losses, if they can't get in without a loss to an RPI 100+ and multiple top 50 RPI wins, then there is something seriously wrong. Iowa has a better resume than Illinois and Minnesota of last year.

Some of our most talented players are also the same guys who make lazy mistakes... especially on the mental side.

Fran said last week maybe he needed to back off.

Umm no they clearly are not listening.

imo the BoneG is waaaaaaayyyyyy down from last year. The dilemma comes with can you leave Nebraska (higher finish in conference) out and legitimately put Iowa in?
