Wondered if any of you use a C-pap. My wife's dog chewed mine up and now I'm without it until a new one arrives. #sleepdeprivation #apnea

Yes I do. I use it every night when I'm home. If I'm gone only a night or two, or in a motel, I don't use it. I have no problems.

My CPAP changed my life. I don’t even take a nap without it. I carry a backup in my vehicle. If my power goes off I fall asleep sitting up in my chair. I am admittedly fortunate that I had no problem adjusting to its use.

I'd use one, but I'm a school teacher and most nights I go to bed hoping I wake up the next morning dead.
