This redesigned site only looks redesigned until I logon. Then it reverts to the old look

Any explanation for this? Is it supposed to be this way? I see it this way with both IE11 and Firefox.

My question is...what's going on...and the dumb question is, what's the point of a site redo, if it all goes away after you logon?

My understanding is that the forums themselves will be staying the same for the short-term. Jon wanted to get the main site redesigned, since that's where his articles, podcasts, and things like that are posted. Forum upgrade will happen with a later upgrade.
