Single Game Ticket Sales???

I have a few questions regarding the sale of single game tickets if anybody has any answers ...

1) Will the ticket office be selling single game tickets this fall?

2) If yes to above, when will single game tickets go on sale?

3) Which games will have single game tickets available for sale?

Thanks in advance for any insight you might have.

I am guessing that some single game tickets may go on sale towards the end of July or early August. I am assuming some of the seats offered to visiting schools that were not purchased will go on sale for single game seats. Obvious games would include Eastern IL, Ball St, and possibly Mich St.
I don't know anything for sure and would recommend contacting the ticket office. They will tell you or sure.

That's actually a very good point; another way you could go would be to call the visiting teams ticket office to see if they have any of their allotment remaining. That's the route I went for the Syracuse game in 2007.

Check EBAY or STUB HUB or start putting messages out any friends who have season tickets.......You may be out of luck though........You might try looking at the visiting teams schools to see if you can get tickets through them

Eastern Ill and Ball State are probably your best bets at this point

I think these 3 will be the only chance for the non-season ticket holder to get to Kinnick this year for face value.

We typically buy a big group of single game tickets each year, along with our season tickets. They usually send out an application for single game tickets around this time. We have yet to see that arrive. I would guess, as said above, that if any tickets are available, they will be for the E. Illinois and Ball State games.

There will not be a public sale for single game tickets.

I remember an article from either the Register or Press Citizen that said "if" single game tickets were available, it would only be for the 2 non-conference games.
Also, the fans who received the 2-game package would have access to the single game sale first.

But it appears that means nothing now because all of the tickets are sold out for the season.
Don't over spend for the home opener or Ball State game. You'll be able to scalp those for face value or less.

Also, our road schedule is pretty convenient this year. At Indiana and at Northwestern. Those 2 games are very easy to get tickets to.
From eastern Iowa, Northwestern is only a 3-4 hour drive. Indiana is right around 6 hours.
Priceline.com a hotel for those 2 away games and it'll cost you less than attending a game at Kinnick.

Thanks for the feedback. I will definitely be trying to get some tickets on Stub Hub or from season ticket holders who can't attend ... and probably be attending the game at Northwestern.
