Didn't realize how disgusting that whole Miss St. team was. Explains their behavior at the children's hospital. It seems NFL players have a much higher propensity to be woman beaters. Seems like every time you turn around some big mofo player is beating down a woman. Luckily rap music doesn't advocate that sort of behavior--even if it did, no connection between the art and the deed...

That segment was painfully drawn out. It needed to end at "off-the-field incident".

Yeah no biggy BVHawk. And not like it's a rampant problem in the NFL. Should've just glossed over it and shown his 6th grade picture---Momma's little guy. Wait, were you in the crowd cheering? I imagine if that were your sister or mother, you wouldn't dismiss it so flippantly. But...he's really good at tackling people--life skill numero uno.

I said nothing about the player or the incident. That segment was just terrible to watch from both a moral and TV standpoint. They spent way too much time on it and ultimately said nothing.

Get your panties out of a wad.

No jackwagon, you said it should be summarily footnoted as an "off the field incident" I imagine you were a big Pierre Pierce fan.

I wonder if Rob Howe thinks "it should've been left at off the field incident"---with the focus directed back towards his "dominant play on the field."

Bitch some more.

If you honestly think that's what I meant you might actually be a fucking idiot.

I think you meant exactly what you said--that the incident (and probably all incidents of its kind) should be called "off the field incidents"---not major character flaws that have become part of big-time athlete culture. You already said all you needed to say to for one to get a fix on you. Sounds like HawkeyeBob is in your "turn the other way" camp.

It speaks volumes that you went out of your way to say it should have just been left at "off the field incident" Like he failed to pay a parking ticket or something---disgusting.

You're a disgusting F-bag. Not to mention a moral/ethical self-righteous jackass. The way you talk about the Iowa coaches and certain players, then hold this idiotic moral superiority, is a fucking laff riot.

Seriously, you should be banned from the internet. Instead, we have to be subjected to your moronic ramblings.

Very articulate Bob. I didn't realize calling out 310 lbs. men for beating women on the ground constituted as moral/ethical self-righteous jackassery? I wonder if Rob agrees with you?

I'm not sure what my comments on Iowa coaching have to do with this. I call out things like underutilization and time management issues. I didn't realize that was off-limits on an athletic board.

Hey DUMBSHIT, I said the segment needed to end at that. ESPN clearly rambled on like a bunch of jackass fence-riders about the incident and had no real plan other than "let's show this video to generate controversy".

You're the one who decided to turn the thread into some moral crusade as if anyone with half a brain isn't against assault since you're so insecure you need to lash out against anybody who doesn't immediately bend over and suck your dick.

Crude, but expected. I disagreed that it should be written off as "off the field incident" as you said. It should have been called out for what it was--not milktoasted.

I was completely respectful with you until you decided to accuse me of condoning domestic assault. Stupid statements get stupid responses.

Now hopefully Rob comes in and nukes this useless thread.
