In every situation, no matter how frustrating, there are opportunities and positives.
Though this story will no doubt make it to Ames, perhaps our "friends" coming to the Sept 11 game will be caught unawares and get snared more often in this dragnet. ;-)
The first regional brewery to come out with soda pop look-alike cans will capture a unique segment of tailgating sales. Or perhaps a wrap-around can label. (heck with a printer and a little one-sided sticky paper I might produce these myself)
The train will no doubt grow in popularity. It's a fun way to extend the game experience without having to drive near Kinnick. Perhaps another off-site shuttle service will spring up.
Restaurants around IC will see a little bump in business. Folks being tossed out of the lots at 4:30 will want to go somewhere!
