This game is not new.. we are always uninspired unemotional. We'll be fine - 7-4 still goes to bowl games
 
We also start more experienced, less talented players instead of inexperienced players with promise.
 
it's hard to be angry when you see the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over! Iowans like the consistency!
 
Uninspired also reflects our coaching staff.

KF is going to be with Iowa for a long time so Iowa fans just need NOT to get their hopes up, because this coaching staff will go out of their way to crush high hope wit uninspired play calling.

Iowa players reflect their coaches...uninspired and emotionless...empty. Like the coaches they shrug their shoulders and leave the field as emotionless as before the game.
 
D line can't make any stops with consistency against an offensive line that got blown up last week. Kirksey looked like our best linebacker today and Coker couldn't get free. O line looked good while pass blocking but couldn't open any running lanes. We have talent, but it's not there consistently right now and PITT is going to be another big test. Big wake up call today.
 
You're right, there's nothing upsetting about losing to a team that hasn't beaten a single big ten team all year, or leading with just a few minutes left in the 4th quarter of every loss, or not being able to relax at any point during the game unless it's an FCS school. These are all things to rejoice about. Why be upset with a team that consistently keeps lesser opponents in the game?
