Seeding the new Big 10 (12) in Football

Here's an attempt at seeding the new Big 10 in football. I'm not going for divisions, just overall top to bottom seeding. How would you seed the teams?
1. Ohio State
2. Michigan
3. Penn State
4. Nebraska
5. Iowa
6. Wisconsin
7. Michigan State
8. Illinois
9. Northwestern
10. Purdue
11. Minnesota
12. Indiana

Are we talking 1993 as a starting point? What is the criteria?

I will use 1993 to current day and the next 5-10 years:

1 OSU
2 Nebby
3 PSU
4 Iowa
5 Wisconsin
6 Michigan
7 Northwestern
8 Purdue
9 Michigan State
10 Illinois
11 Minnesota
12 Indiana

The last 3 years and the next 5-10 is why Michgan slipped below PSU, Iowa and Wisconsin

Good list. Illinois has fallen off a lot. I like your top 6 choices. Good points.

I think Iowa Wisconsin or Michigan can be in any order when trying to predict the next 5-10 years.
