Except for us Iowa fans. but at my old age I do not take these losses like I did 30-50 years ago. Oh the Jacksonville tip in that beat that great 1970 Iowa team was a gut wrencher.
I was only half way pissed at Alford when he couldnt coach his 2006 team to a win with a 17 point lead and about 6 minutes to go.
Today, I slightly expected the hawks to have a really tough game and maybe lose
And none of those guys are going to get peter in tonight, either.....

the ncaa tournament is fun... but its the worse format for crowning a "champion"
