Of course he doesn't. It's opinion and IMO the wrong answer. My opinion is that the best HS players are from the south. Actually, I don't think that's opinion, I think the top 150 player rankings, 4 star and 5 star player rankings etc. are centered in the sunbelt. It follows then that the colleges down there have better players.
