Season tickets....

We've sold 21 more public season tickets than this time last year. 5,043 to 5,022. Student tickets are up over 300 from last year though. Kind of disappointing on the public side.

a little disappointing, but the single game sales is where we were lacking last year i think. We still sold 8,000 season tickets last year. The problem was no one showed up. If you have 8,000 season tickets and 4,000 single game tickets you have a good base of 12,000. I think a 12,000 average should be our target for this year 13k the next and finally 14k.

Disappointing but not too surprising. I don't think were going to get too many large crowds off the bat. Iowa basketball fans have too many reasons to be skeptical about paying their money to see this team play. If good things happen this season (whatever that may mean) next year you might see the attendance boost.

Hard to recruit against kansas, wisky, ill. if we dont create a better atmosphere in carver. Easy to criticize Fran and company but we have to do our part. Im coming down for a home game from the twin cities in jan. can't wait to see what this team can do.

Great atmosphere + great recruiting+ solid coaching = great bb program, just look at Kinnick!
