1. We will be a better basketball team without Marble. This is not a knock on him personally...great kid, good player. But making him the beginning, middle and end of our offense has stunted this team's grown...and the development of other individual players. And it's cost us wins.
2. Officiating is not responsible for our W-L record. But I don't think I've ever followed a team at any level, in any sport, that has gotten less favorable calls. Hard to explain or understand.
3. We're not tough. Whether it's the combination of players we have, the style Fran promotes or whatever... we're soft. And I think that has a lot to do with points 1 and 2
Now that "Marble-ball" is over, maybe Fran will develop a "basketball" team.
