Search Committee Question

How much weight do you think Bobby Hansen has on the University of Iowa Search committee? Is it equal weight? A greater than equal weight? A lesser weight? Or is he on the committee just as a formality?

It would be nice to know the answer to this question. I suspect he has some input but not a lot.

Hard to say. Like to think the majority of the decision process is made before a name is given to the committee. Then they just act as more ideas to see where possible problems exist etc.

I hope Bobby has at least equal weight. IMO, his qualifications and basketball knowledge is as good or better than anyone on the committee, including Barta.

I hope Bobby has enough weight to be an equal at least, and more so as a tie breaker of sorts.
