Are they young and inexperienced? Are they fast as they usually are? Who are their top players? What type of defense and offense do they play?

I havent seen them play at all this year and quite frankly they have been under the radar even for CBS SEC Football and ESPN for the past several years.

Just amazing how that program struggled since they ousted Fulmer.

But I look forward to your comments.

TNs O line isn't a strength of theirs. And since they have a mobile qb I look for them to run on the edges when they run and to have roll outs and quick passes to their stud receivers to get them the ball in space... I don't see them doing much strait dropping back to pass plays unless they get behind early. They would like to run the ball they have a big athletic RB but with our Dline I don't look for them to challenge us up the middle a ton. Unless they get up early and or have success with it. I think our D line has the advantage on them though.

TNs defense has been up and down and given up alot of points. But those were to some high powered SEC teams too. I have no clue what to expect of Iowas offense against them or anyone anymore... It's just a crap shoot to if Iowa can run the ball or convert 3rd downs or not. Can Iowa sneak in a big play or two? All questions I'd like to think they can but I just have to see it to believe it at this point.

I am ready to beat the tar out of them. LTP, Davis, Ott and company are too. They will put a drubbing on the vol offense.

I have watched several games, and they have started several true freshmen. I honestly could have written a scouting report, without names, and you would have thought it was Iowa. Not explosive, some explosive players, use short passes and run to the edge to get their yards, but do not have explosive plays. The left side of their OL is very good, but the other side is not good. The QB that played in that game was very average, but he did not play in the last few games. They have a big running back that runs between the tackles well, but does not get the blocking consistently enough to be effective.

Their defensive line is strong, but their linebackers do not read or flow well. Their DB's are OK and make some nice plays, but will get burned as well. As a whole, the defense can look outstanding on several consecutive drives and then all of a sudden, the other offense will carve them up.

Overall, they have some fast players, but I didn't think they have very good overall team speed.

I don't really have an impression of their coach, other than that he's ugly and he went to Ferris State. His teams do seem to come out fired up and start fast, but maybe just in the games I saw. They faded at the end of every game.

They've got a lot of guys that look like they've never left Appalachia.

Learned to hate Rocky Top.

Most importantly, their cheerleaders are very disappointing. Flat as a board.

Can't think of anything else.

i watched some Tenn video on youtube and their QB has a strong accurate arm and can run.

Right there is enough to give the hawks problems.

After watching their comeback against SCarolina their QB officially looks all around good enough to really give us problems.

Not looking forward to that run to the edge where the QB pulls up and throws down field. Lowdermillk will be crashing toward him and boom! Save this for after the game.

Here's a long highlight reel. Enjoy

I think this is the game we unleash the Blue Power Ranger on their ass!

Iowa is going to have the edge in the trenches. As far as on the edges Tn speed is really going to help them against the Hawks slow secondary. This gm is a toss up to me. I think its going to come down to Jake & Dobbs who ever has the best gm without any turnovers has the best shot. Tn is going to be missing two of their starters in Williams in the secondary and AJ at LB. Thats definitely going to work in the Hawks advantage.

Q: Why do the Tennessee Vol fans wear orange and white?

A: They can wear it to the game on Saturday They can wear it hunting on Sunday and they can wear it to work on Monday when they¹re picking up garbage during work release!

Q: Why did the Tennessee grad get fired from the M&M factory?

A: He was throwing away too many W¹s

What do eggs and UT have in common? They both get beat in a bowl.

How do you know when you're staying in a Knoxville hotel? When you call the front desk and say "I've gotta leak in my sink" and the person at the front desk says "go ahead."

Q: Did you hear that they have raised the minimum drinking age in Knoxville to 32? It seems they want to keep alcohol out of the high schools!

Two UT football players were hootin' and hollerin' while partying on campus when a bartender asked them why they were celebrating. The smart one said proudly that they had just finished a jigsaw puzzle and it only took them two months. "Two months?!" exclaimed the bartender. The UT player proudly replied, "Yeah, the box said 4 - 6 years!"
