As Iowa and Minnesota get ready to meet Saturday for the Floyd of Rosedale Trophy, it's time to remember former Hawkeye Ozzie Simmons and his role in the rivalry's history, write's HN's David Schwartz:

I sat right in front of him at an Iowa-Purdue game in West Lafayette 1975. He was very friendly to me and clearly loved the Hawkeyes. Just a great, great man in my humble opinion.
