Oh come on, it would not be an upset. These are 2 good teams going up against each. "Good" not great teams. There is a reason why Iowa is favored. Penn St was never a top 4 team anyway.

Unless Iowa has thrown in the towel, I could even see Iowa having their way with them.

If Minny plays hard up they will be tough to beat, too much offense. If we can get them to lay a couple TO's and hit that baby faced QB a couple times, that would be nice. Im not overly confident.

Yes it is an upset. Iowa isn't the "vision of Iowa" we had in september. Iowa is a plodding offense and a defense that got trucked due to weak Linebacker play.

Minnesota is the higher ranked team and is undefeated. The point spread is based on factors like homefield, injuries, law of averages, etc.

Here's what I'm interested in seeing. Minnesota has had several weak opponents...and therefore not had the adversity normal teams face to this point in the season. Fleck got them up to play Penn State in front of a home crowd...now you go into hostile territory and you have to get jacked up again. Iowa is facing another good opponent and has motivation to bounce back...their season is literally on the line.

Iowa has only lost by a combined 14 points in its losses. This will be Minny toughest test of the year to date. Don't kid yourself, there is a reason why Iowa is favored.

Minnesota faced adversity, but it was early in the season against some very average to lowly non-conference opponents:

Week 1 - losing 21-20 entering the 4th quarter vs South Dakota State at home, wins 28-21
Week 2 - losing 21-14 entering the 4th qtr vs Fresno State on the road, wins 38-35 in double OT
Week 3 - winning 21-20 entering 4th qtr vs Georgia Southern at home, wins 35-32 with TD with 13 seconds to go.

It will be interesting to see if they face any adversity this Saturday in Kinnick.
