There's video of Nebraska players interrupting Iowa's warmups to talk shit and act tough. In fact they did it multiple times.

That starts at the top. Frost not only allows that, but encourages it. I expect nothing less from an Osbourne disciple who stuck his head in the sand while his teammate beat his girlfriend.
