Wow, three WRs out for the game? I don't really know any of their names, were they regular contributors? As inconsistent as Royster has looked so far, their pass game may not be able to bail them out this year.

doesn't matter. Their O-line has been terrible at run blocking. Although they have only allowed 1 sack this season in the pass game, I don't think they looked that good. But again, they played Alabama's defense and still only have 1 sack for the whole year so far. But I'm not worried.

PSU isn't missing any of their top WR threats. In fact, they're pretty loaded at the position.

The biggest losses are Eliades because he's so veteran and Szczerba because he's a fairly experienced TE ... and TEs are one of the best friends of an inexperienced QB.

I'm thinking Paki may be out for quite awhile. And for good reason, concussions are nothing to screw around with. I've had them. You don't get over them in two weeks.

Which sucks b/c he's a terrific special teams player and we aren't exactly burning it up in that area so far.

Let's just hope we don't see any other Hawkeye's on that list after this week. The bye should help mend the wounds a little.
