Sagarin's Strength of Schedule

According to Sagarin Iowa's SOS is number 3 in the country. That will probably be the high since Purdue and Nebraska are the final two games. It was 9 before the Wisconsin game.

The team could still finish 8 and 4. Some of the apoplectic that regularly vent here need to corral their expectations.

Great. Did you see how the team performed Saturday? I agree that 8-4 would be a good season. But that doesn't excuse some off the pathos we've seen.

Yep, it's an amazingly strong schedule. Hopefully that pays dividends if not this year, next year.

I agree with all the outlooks on this thread, 8-4 great with SOS, the hawks laid a couple of eggs including a stinker on offense last saturday. Again, if the offense could have gained even 170 yds with 12 first downs and about 30 minutes of possession they could have won an ugly game playing great defense. Taylor didnt bust out and the badgers didnt roll until very late.
