Man, talk about a great year to be Jimmy Sexton. Dude represents DeBoer, Dabo, Lanning, Sark, Mike Norvell....he can totally manipulate these high profile openings. His guys may or may not actually be interested in leaving, but he's gonna help drive the cost up for Alabama and ensure they all get massive extensions from their current schools, if nothing else.

Are you surprised Alabama already has an agreement for a new coach. The OC job at Iowa is not a premium job at this point. What relevant OC would take this role while KF is the head coach?

I'm not really. HC gigs that high profile go fast. Debour was like 4th on their list too. KF won't be rushed into doing anything. The pool of guys he'd even consider is really small. Due to both him only wanting to get his type of guy. Both style and culture fit matter to him. So yeah not many guys period are on KFs short list and Chryst is probably as 'high profile' of a name as their is on it having recently been an HC himself.
