Royce White cut by Sixers.

Sorry if this is already posted but according to Hoopshype the Philadelphia Seventy-Sixers have cut Royce White. There wasn't an explanation given for the four players they cut or why players from other teams who were cut. I can only speculate that the Sixers didn't think what he had to offer was worth what had to be done to satisfy him. I'm not sure where he goes from here. I just haven't ever had the feeling like he had a burning desire to continue to play basketball. Although I was never a fan of his I wish him well and hope he finds something that gives him personal satisfaction.
 
Taking a wild guess here, but maybe they cut Royce because he's an out of shape, turnover machine, who can't shoot or guard anyone and is a pain in the *** of the court, but who really knows. #BeWell

Pretty sad he went from being the pride and joy of Iowa State basketball to a complete embarrassment in only a matter of a few years. What a waste of talent...

As a decent human being I hope he can at least manage to lead a good life off the basketball court. There's more to life than sports. It's just really sad he couldn't find the strength within himself to overcome.

hope he invested that money well. gonna be hard getting a real job. unless it's sitting behind a computer. i'm sure the autobiography will sell well in the DSM market.
 
Diante Garrett just got cut by OKC today too. What is happening to Fred's NBA connections? I'm shocked at the disrespect being shown to him.
