The only positive about the article is that it relies on Mel Kiper's analysis and Mel Kiper is frequently wrong.I don't even need to look at this list to know that Iowa is on the losers list. Losing 4 guys who contributed a lot will do that to you.
Pretty fair way of saying it... We'll certainly be tested. How could he not have Hooker rated though? He was the one of the top DBs in the BIG? I mean if he's not that good and he thinks he won't be drafted than boy oh boy has Hooker messed up. Or is it Kiper is slow on the draw of even evaluating him at all?
Big Ten defensive backs don't have the speed to cover SEC receivers.I don't put a lot of stock into Kiper or the other guys. Hooker was voted the Big 10's best defensive back and he doesn't make Kiper's list? Hard to take that seriously.
Maybe the guy has a problem with prostitutes and he has some sort of auto correct feature on his computer so if he types "Hooker" it changes it to some other word so that his wife won't catch on if she digs through his contact list. Kiper has been churning out erroneous predictions since at least the '90's so there has to be an explanation as to why a P5 All-conference caliber player was omitted from his list.I don't put a lot of stock into Kiper or the other guys. Hooker was voted the Big 10's best defensive back and he doesn't make Kiper's list? Hard to take that seriously.
