I was really thinking this team would win about 16-17 games this year but its looking more like a 12-14 win season. Basabe is worse and Cartright isn't doing much this year(He might be hurt). We just don't have the horses yet. We might have to wait for a couple years for Woodbury and Gessel to be competitive again.

We have a good class coming in, but no way those kids correct what is wrong in one year. Maybe a couple years we will get back to 15-20 wins
 
Something is VERY wrong with this team. Basabe looks like he doesn't even want to be out there.
Getting a really bad vibe from these guys.
 
They have gotten lit up the last two games from the floor and from 3. They are also getting worked on the boards. White gets little playing time tonight? Huh? I thought they should have benched Basabe for the start of this game and I would certainly bench him the next game. No fire, and its killing what little chemistry they have. Scary! Maybe 11 wins if they upset a couple teams.

I guess you have not looked in the mirror yet this week....and yes i will be calling for his head if he keeps getting his team ready to play like they have last 2 games...what a utter joke and that crap falls on the coach, 3/4th of the team looked like they didn't care if they were playing or not.
 
These were two very disturbing losses. You would expect progress. Who is responsible for getting players prepared to play and having them play the position they are suited for. This team is not ready to play.

No, you really are an idiot. Fran needs a few years to clean up this crap hole mess left to him by Lick. Not even Coach K could take this team to the tourney.
 
Tonight was the first night during the McCaffrey era that I have thought we are screwed. This team does not know how to play defense, block out or stop dribble penetration. This is due in large to our severe lack of athleticism. Campbell just clowned us from the opening tip to the final buzzer and looked like an NBA team playing a high school team.

Many fans left CHA po'd with lack of effort and D tonight and I fear we will soon see Lickliter type crowds again. This team is really not good from top to bottom and without Marble going on 1:1 to get his 14, it would have been much worse. Our only shot at a conference win is PSU (maybe).
 
A staff does not get a pass for recruiting a couple of 4 stars in your own back yard. Good coaches motivate average talent. There are a lot of excuses being given right now.
 
I'm very concerned, especially with Mel and Bryce. They just don't look like the same players as last year. Now there is a lot of basketball to be played for sure, but I'm still concerned for how long it will take them to get back into form.
