Is he from the west coast? Because, honestly, it is easy to forget that some places still go after weed once you've lived here a while. I live in Oregon, and purchasing weed is similar to buying a coffee at starbucks. Not something in your day yiu feel tue need to be discrete about.

With Frost, Dantonio, Franklin, and (formerly) Meyer all coaching in the same league, what the hell do you expect? Plus there were some major culture issues at Maryland.
